2. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments may be booked online, via phone, or through our chat system.
  • A minimum notice of 24 hours may be required for certain services.
  • Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or reduced service time.
  • Magic Auto Shine reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason not prohibited by law.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and service complexity.
  • Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept approved forms of payment as posted at our location or online.

5. Warranties & Third-Party Policies

  • Some services may be covered under manufacturer warranties (such as XPEL products).
  • Warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer’s official policies.
  • Magic Auto Shine is not responsible for third-party warranty decisions.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and vehicle information.
  • Remove all personal belongings from your vehicle prior to service.
  • Notify us of any pre-existing vehicle damage.

Magic Auto Shine is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

7. Limitation of Liability

Magic Auto Shine is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Mechanical, electrical, or electronic failures
  • Wear and tear due to normal vehicle operation
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service rendered.
